Hostel Polices & Regulations:
CLEANLINESS SHOULD BE STRICTLY MAINTAINED
In & Out of Rooms, Mainly Sanitary Napkins should be wrapped in proper paper & disposed by each individuals in corporation dustbin which comes every morning regularly at our doorsteps and not in toilets/rooms.
SAVE WATER
Water taps should be checked often on every use by each individual.
WASHING CLOTHES
Water taps should be checked often on every use by each individual.
SELF SECURITY
Please close the door while ENTRY and EXIT by each individuals. If anybody is not in the hostel or the person who is leaving last should lock & handover the key to CARETAKER
AVOID GOSSIPING
Hosteller should not interact with house keeper incase of any complaint it should be informed only to the CARETAKER for necessary action.
OUTSIDE STAYING
Hosteller will not be allowed to stay outside beyond 9:00PM without prior permission of the CARE-TAKER which will be authorized by parents/guardian.
MONEY BORROWING
Hosteller’s is not permitted to collect money from other hosteller’s on any account for any purpose without the prior permission of the care-taker.
ILLNESS/SICKNESS
Any hosteller falls ill the care taker should be informed for necessary action.
DISFIGUREMENT
If the hostel property (mess vessels / furniture) is damaged in any manner or any other property in wash rooms, etc. will be lined and the damaged cost will be recovered from the same by deducting in advance. Strict disciplinary actions will also be taken on those found guilty.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Hosteller’s should switch off the lights and fans before leaving their rooms. If observe fine will be imposed on the same.
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
Any celebrations without prior information to the care-taker are not permitted.
DRUGS
Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel compound.
PAYMENTS
Rent payments should be done on or before 5th of every month.
VACATING
Pre- information of vacating in 2 months advance should be given to the CARE TAKER else the same days will be deducted from advance.
ALL THE HOSTELER’S ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES AND EXTEND THEIR CO-OPERATION IN IMPLEMENTING THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE CO-HOSTELER’S
THE HOSTEL AUTHORITIES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE CO-HOSTELER’S.
